Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Quoll-Q account and associated personal data from this page without signing in.

How to request deletion

Email Quoll-Q from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete the account. If you cannot access that mailbox, tell us and we will use a proportionate identity check before acting on the request.

What to include

  • the email address used for your Quoll-Q account;
  • your username or display name if known; and
  • the words “account deletion request”.

Do not email identity documents unless Quoll-Q support specifically asks for additional verification.

What happens next

We will identify the account, review the request and delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed. Some limited records may need to be retained where there is a justified legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute or audit reason. We will not treat temporary account suspension or deactivation as account deletion.
